Ocho Blanco offers beautiful agave purity in a textured, fruity style, Arette has more character than most and Olmeca Altos Plata shows great precision and pin-sharp agave flavour.

But if you want more depth of flavour, you don’t necessarily have to start climbing the age ladder. Sauza Tres Generaciones Plata’s triple distillation results in an ultra-smooth, subtle but still characterful style, while Siete Leguas Blanco combines a punchy spiciness with a velvet texture.
