A rounder, more intense version of Martell's ever-popular Cordon Bleu Cognac, made with a high-proportion of Borderies eaux-de-vie and matured for longer than the original to create a fruity, spicy character. Aromas of Tarte Tatin, cinnamon, dried fruit, toasted almonds, apricot, and raisins fill the nose and are echoed through the palate, alongside candied orange peel and elegant peppery oak.
