The 2013 Quinta De Vargellas vintage port from Taylor's is made using grapes grown at Quinta De Vargellas, widely recognised as one of the best vineyards in the Douro region. Rich and intense, this can be drunk when young or will keep for many decades.

A fragrant, intense 1992-vintage Port from Fonseca that offers notes of blackcurrant, tart plums, dark chocolate, raisins, brambles and oak spice throughout the palate.

This Kopke single-harvest tawny Port from 1979 was bottled in 1998 and reveals complex and rich notes of dried stone fruits. The nose offers aromas of coffee and wood, leading to an intense palate coloured by figs, dates and tannins that find harmony in the lingering and elegant finish. This sweet Port pairs well with crème brulee and caramel fondant with apples and ginger, which bring out the more delicate nuances.

The Senior Tawny has been aged for seven years in small oak barrels; a smooth nutty tawny that has plenty of fruit on the palate to work perfectly with your favourite chocolate dessert.

The 1994 Library Release Port from Graham's was bottled in 1996 and matured in the Symington cellars until 2021. Aromas of dark berries, plums, mint and fruitcake fill the nose, complemented by notes of brambles, chocolate and mocha throughout the palate.
